Getting fit and healthy being a stay at home mom

So I’m on week 2 day 3 tommorow on c25k and it’s becoming easier. I bought a jogger stroller today for a steal and some dr. Sholls arch supports for my sneakers and I’ll be ready tommorow even though user the numbers moving down on te scale I don’t see much if a difference on my body I’m trying not to be discouraged by it as long as in eating better, feeling better and excersising I guess I’ll see results soon enough soo until tommorow :-)

Getting fit and healthy being a stay at home mom Hi my name is Vanessa in 23 years old im married and a mother of 2 beautiful baby girls . I've never done one of these but I guess I culd give it a try... A lot of time I struggle trying to get back into shape and taking care of my kids and household I want to get back healhy and have more energy to play with my girls...even if i dont have alot of followers i will use this as my personal diary and insperation to keep me on track. feel free to follow me or ask anything... :-)
