So I’m on week 2 day 3 tommorow on c25k and it’s becoming easier. I bought a jogger stroller today for a steal and some dr. Sholls arch supports for my sneakers and I’ll be ready tommorow even though user the numbers moving down on te scale I don’t see much if a difference on my body I’m trying not to be discouraged by it as long as in eating better, feeling better and excersising I guess I’ll see results soon enough soo until tommorow :-)
